looks great Dee. I may have to do the seat thing and send it to Mean City
I think you'd be pleased with the results. Just tell Alan what you need....moved up, back, down, etc., tail bone problems, more cushioning and he knows how to fix it. Plus he can do some amazing things with the cover. I had him put an ostrich center panel in the seat to match my backrest from the old bike. I tried an Ultimate seat for about 5000 miles on the fat boy and it never did get comfortable. Mustang was the same way. That's when I decided to try Mean City. Give them a call and see what they can do for you.
So I got the stage 1 done with Rinehart slip on and it sounds great,it can be dialed back at low throttle which is handy, heel toe shifter - chrome with my black toe shift :/ I like the way it works, will there be a black version some day? What do I do with stage one unit they put in my saddlebag after the stage one upgrade? Thanks.

Download the software and do some auto tune sessions with the tuner. Your bike will run better. And although I haven't done it with the SE tuner it sounds easy enough. You will have to buy the cables.

I'm assuming you mean the stock ventilator. Could try to sell it but not likely any buyers. If you are like me you will put it in a box and store it away forever and then wind up deep sixing it. Really has no value.
I had my heel shifter powder coated gloss black. About $20 if the shop is doing other gloss black work. I was lucky, he was doing stuff for the dealer and put mine in with it.

believe hes referring to the SE street tuner.
like mentioned, get the cables to auto tune or just keep it in your drawer until you need another tune. Its married to your bike and youll need it for any future changes...like a stage 2 for example.
