I have to say, those tires look very nice compared to stock.
I still have plenty of meat left on mine, but I'll look to do the same thing when the time comes..

New FXFBS owner checking in. Ordered and installed straight away: Custom Dynamics LP bracket with integrated tail lights and LED frame...
Wound you mind posting pics of what the wiring under the fender looks like and how/where you connected it under the fender? I received a Cycle Visions license plate relocation bracket and Custom Dynamics led taillight as a bday gift. Im attempting to install them myself but Im new at all this (but Im enjoying learning how to work on my bike myself). The taillight seems simple to connect but the plate light is another story. How did you connect the taillight wires? Im not sure if I depin or not. I looked online and viewed videos but the plug they show looks nothing like the plug for the plate light. Help would be much appreciated!
btw, my bike is a 2020 fat bob.
Thanks!
i replied to one post even tho a lot of people have done this, so a response from anyone would be great.

I cut the wire from the stock connector to the OE LP light about 4-5 inches back from the connector to the light. I then used a wire connector kit, I already had, to crimp pins and attach to to 2-wire connector. I did this on both sides to connect the Custom Dynamics wires to the wires from the stock wiring harness (its the white/clear connector in the pictures).
In lieu of having a wire connector kit like mine, you could twist the wires together and electrical tape them, or if you have shrink tubing with heat gun activated solder thatd work too. Basically any way to reliably connect the two sets of tails of the wires together.

Well crap, I was hoping it was a depin type of thing.
Thank you for the quick response!
Did you put wire covers on the wires that are now under the fender?
