Almost all the time I use nothing more exotic that Gel Gloss Aerosol spray which is an AMAZING product, is inexpensive, carried by Walmart, Home Depot and Amazon, and contains Carnuba wax. See link:

For a heavier wax, I use Chemical Guys products.

It,s not what you use but how you prep the paint and take care of it.
Don't use a quick detail spray on a bike that is not freshly washed.
Don't be tempted to wipe the bike if you spill gas on it, leave it alone.
If you don't want swirl marks don't make swirl marks.

I don't have a ton of experience on Harley's - But used a combination of Klasse cleaner and sealant followed by S100 Carnuba - HOT DAMN on my black bike.

Zaino Bros products, been using their products for years. Started when I got my 1999 Corvette and then used it on my motorcycles. Lots of how to's on the site also.
