There was a thread on this forum in the last few days on installing the Drop-in Progressive Lowering springs. I have 11" Progressive shocks in the rear and I have a set of Progressive Drop-in Lowering springs coming now to replace the Standard Progressive springs I currently have in my front forks.

i have the drop in springs and love them they are a little stiffer.i also have the 11 inch 412s in back and with the front springs the bike sits more level.
There's the link for the installation. I bookmarked it, as I plan to order the same kit soon.
I meant if he was gonna upgrade...if I were to swap for the Progressives in the forks, I'd want to upgrade to the SE fork oil or something similar at the same time.
