Looking to up my CI I only find a 103 from harley I’m not to sure about what is compatible and what is better also I don’t find the CBC ported heads for my bike how do I do a full screaming eagle upgrade ? Is there a full on kit for my bike
You can go up to 107" but not with a factory "kit". There are factory 103" kits but it would be better to contact one of the forum sponsors and discuss your goals with them and see what they have to offer. Aftermarket kits will not cost more but will produce better results. You will have to DIY the modifications or find an competent independent shop to put the kit together.
You have just scratched the surface; keep digging and learning.

We bore your OE cylinders to 3.937" build a 107".
We were one of the very first shops in the country to do this, starting in 2006, with the 88" engines, boring to 3.937", yielding 98".
That said, we have several head/cam/intake combinations of 107" engines, to suit your needs.
Happy to help.

So I found a 107 kit pistons cylinder but what about heads I kinda want them to say SE is that a choice I see a lot of people r porting and polishing but where can I find some bolt on replacements

You have to decide what is more important; heads that carry the SE logo or heads the work!
So being that I’m not a certified harley mechanic I’m looking for something I can buy and put together myself I am not a wealthy man but I can can turn a wrench and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. So I guess I like the 107 kit and I want to know what’s going to work bolt up
As djl suggested, Call one of the sites sponsors. There are many out there and they will do you right, to your riding style. I have been doing business with Scott (Hillside) for many years initially because I lived not even 20 miles from him now I mail my parts or take a weekend to go see him. I'm very confident Kirby aka Prodrag1320, Veetwin racing or even Wideopencycles can give you exactly what your looking for. not to mention the phone support... These guys arefor real and some of the Best out there... You can find them all here on the forum...
