OK, answer this one. I disconected the fuel line from the petcock, turned the fuel back on, and nothing comes out. Is that normal or is this my no start problem?
This could be the whole problem. There is no fuel / not enough fuel in carb. You need to insure fuel is being delivered to the engine. Then try to start it.

Earlier in the thread, someone said, the fuel won't drain out because the system is Vacuum operated.
He has a vacuum operated petcock which open when engine turns over. He also stated in a previous post that fuel was squirting out of the accelerator pump. If you listen to the video, it doesn't even cough. I believe it's not firing correctly or firing at the wrong time. Good compression, fuel delivered and nothing. You light that compressed fuel/air mixture and something's gonna happen.
