Put plugs in and start it, that module will fire dual fire until it starts and syncs to single fire. Should have enough gas in carb to crank it.

So, after that, if she starts, what needs to be done?

Run it for 30 seconds or till carb runs out of gas, which ever comes first, then replace tank while it cools down, then do it again.

I been checking in when we stop, beautiful riding day here, in New Orleans right now having lunch and a beer.

Not teasing, just incentive to get her done!

This could be the whole problem. There is no fuel / not enough fuel in carb. You need to insure fuel is being delivered to the engine. Then try to start it.

Earlier in the thread, someone said, the fuel won't drain out because the system is Vacuum operated.

He has a vacuum operated petcock which open when engine turns over. He also stated in a previous post that fuel was squirting out of the accelerator pump. If you listen to the video, it doesn't even cough. I believe it's not firing correctly or firing at the wrong time. Good compression, fuel delivered and nothing. You light that compressed fuel/air mixture and something's gonna happen.
