Same stuff different label on the bottle. It'll work just like Loctite 609

. Thanks. Only thing carried at any store around here. Now just waiting on the bearing and retainer clip

Let us know how it works out.

Like I said there is no guarantee that this was the cause of your main vibration issue , but I'm sure it was playing a huge part in it.

Not the best pick put all the little shiny spots are were a center punch was used to peen the hub. Not sure you need this many peens,(punches) but I hope it helps. This is for a wheel bearing on a Jeep.

Thanks it makes more sense appreciate the picture. I'll be locking it with permatex and peening it. It's never going to move, really hope this is it though. If I had known I could have gone through this over the winter, that's what I get for buying in November. Wasting great weather waiting for parts to arrive!

That pic gives you a better idea than my drawing , but you shouldn't need no where near that many punch marks.

If you get the time post a good pic of the splines in the inner hub. Where it goes on the main shaft.

Splines look new. Thanks I was just curious how the wear looked on them.
