Are you running 1.0.14-1090? If you have 1075 or 1079 you should upgrade to 1090, as the first two had some bugs that seem to be cleared now. I assume they're updating you, but if not you should inquire.
Yes, just pulled those down this morning and started kicking the tires a bit.
Installed my pipes, breather and re-flashed the ECU this weekend.
Purchased the PV-2 from Fuel Moto, flashing was a piece of cake.
Bike runs good but I have lots of popping and some times backfiring when I am accelerating between shifts and de-accelerating between shifts.
Pretty happy with the power but the backfiring has to go.
Sent an email to Fuel Moto to see if they can send me another flash to try.
What I don't see or maybe this thread is too large is flashes from other riders.
I had a PC3 for years and there were plenty of maps to try.
Dynojets website has basically nothing for a 2012 softail.
My bike has the following:
-2012 Blackline
-103 ci
-Sreaming Eagle air breather
-Vance and Hines big shots staggered
Any advice, items I should log etc. would be appreciated.

Your best bet is to first do some tuning collections and update your calibration with that. There is a lot of info in this thread on how to do this.
Hey Guys. I have been away from the thread for awhile due to work/travel requirements but I see the thread has been Busy! Several folks have been downloading the "PV Tuning Basics" document linked in my signature. If anyone has suggestions for improvements or clarification, please send them to me and I will try to update the document. Several folks have sent notes saying it was helpful to them.
This thread is a great source of information. I am reading thru what I missed now. If anyone asked me a direct question, I apologize for not seeing it while I was away. I emailed back and forth a few times with Iclick last week and decided I need to get back on here more.

One big reason you don't see many maps from other riders is that the PV gives you a way to create one especially for your bike based on what you want to do. This thread has tons of information on how to setup your tune. Just pick one close and start from there. You don't have to use canned maps any more or settle for something close!!! You can customize one for how your bike works with the parts you have installed based on the feedback and performance. Check the PV Tuning Basics link in my signature to help get started.
ColoSpgsMark and JustDennis,
Thanks for the reply, I guess I better get reading and tuning!
If you have any specific questions or goals in mind, please ask. there are a lot of knowledgeable folks here who can help you get to where you want to be.
I was reading the pv tuning basics and it states up to 2008 is afr based and anything newer is lambda based. I thought 2009 was afr based as well and that it didnt change until they went to the smaller o2 scensers? Can you confirm this for me?
Thanks...

I had 974 before this latest round of betas, and they changed the fuel-used calibration in the Trip Center sometime in the interim. I had Fuel Used corrected to 1.12 and 1090 is way off from that, but at least is moving in the right direction. Thinking it might be closer to 1.0 I changed to that, but it is still high. Since I presume they'll stick with this calibration I'll just go through the correction ritual again. I asked Dan when this was changed and he said it started with 1062, which I don't think was sent out for beta testing.
Beta testing the new Auto-Tune feature (most tuning functions done with the PV) with stock narrow-band sensors is apparently going well, but the wide-band version is not ready for prime time. I did some WB tests and gave him the results, which weren't too favorable. Thus, any tuning I do will be with the old method for the foreseeable future.
