AFR target values shouldn't have any dependancy on Wide/Narrow band sensors. I did a quick check with WinPV and I was able to edit the 5000/80 cell and had no problem putting in a bigger number. Of course I didn't try and write the file, and my PV wasn't connected. Can you elaborate any more on what fails and when it fails?
The table I posted was the result when I select all cells and set them to 14.8. There's 4 areas with different max amounts they will go to. I was trying to do a manual log tune run and I couldn't set the whole map to 1.
I think you mean Log Tuner. If so, then it's actually pretty easy to use, and it will correct timing. it does timing corrections in small increments (~2deg) so you may have to make several runs to trim your timing. Just monitor the Deltas in WinPV until you see very little change.
There are step by step directions for Log Tuner on the Fuel Moto web site at: http://www.fuelmotousa.com/site/pvlogtuner.html
Follow the directions one step at a time until you are comfortable with the process. It's not difficult.

You are correct, I did mean Log Tuner..I've read those instructions several times, for some reason I can't follow thru with them.. I'm going to click my heals together three times while repeating "It's not difficult"

I made some notes to the procedure to try to clarify things. See if this helps.

It might take me a day or two to get another change to do another datalog but I'll use your notes next time I give Log Tuner a go.
I get this message when I hit Calc Tune Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

It looks like there is something wrong with the value file created in step 2.
The first time you use log tuner you have to create a value file. This file is only a template, but it sets up the tables needed to process your log files.
The file is created in WinPV. Make sure you're in Pro level or you won't be able to see the tables (GO to: Setup/Options/User Level in WinPV to select Pro)

I just went back and looked at the error again. There is a problem with the log file (log0014.csv) on the VE channel.
Check to see if you assigned all the signals in step 3.
