I have turned on EITMS in winpv and saved it and exported it. But when I go back and look at the winpv it shows unchecked. I load it on the bike and EITMS doesn't come. Can someone please tell me how to turn it on and what am I doing wrong? And yes I have done a search and can't find one that spells it out. Thanks for the help.

What bike do you have? Its in owners manual.

Example roll throttle fwd cruz control light goes green = EITMS enabled
roll throttle fwd red = disable

you do not need the soft ware?

Enable it on bike and see if it works. Its something you can turn on and off, on bike I never worried about it however I kept mine off on software level and just use on bike to control on, off.. Take a look in winpv and see what the temperature settings are maybe its disabled by temp settings? I do not know just check.

Good advice: check owners manual...
Though it may be swtched on/off in WPV, two things may override:
1- on/off temp settings; in WPV and
2- throttle switching on/off overrides both; provides operator control.

Default WinPV user level

I'm finally getting around to do some data logging. I've downloaded the latest version of all software. One of the first steps is creating the Value file, to do this every instruction set I read says to set the user level to Pro. When I go to Setup/Options/User Level in WinPV there is only one selection 'Normal'. There is no 'Basic' or 'Pro'.

Anybody have any ideas? I've emailed Dynojet. but do not expect to hear anything until Monday at the earliest.

Sounds like the manual hasn't caught up to the most recent changes. The "Basic/Pro" selection was replaced by "Normal". You don't have to change the User Level.

Are you intentionally not using the Autotune feature?

Yes, I am intentionally not using autotune. I've done autotune basic and added the auto tune pro and autotuned with that. Now just playing around logging and using PV log tuner.

Thanks for the reply, I figured the manuals were behind since I could get all the necessary tables into my value file without changing into Pro mode. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious.

I've been reading the owners manual but can't seem to find info on adjusting a tune in regards to displacement and fuel injector size(flow rate). I've found these parameters in the tune from the left side menu and can make the changes quite easily but don't know if the software then makes the necessary adjustments for more cubic inches or higher capacity injectors.

Any advice here greatly appreciated.

Yes the software will use the new parameters and scale accordingly.
