So the warmup settings would be set for a stock 2013 103.
Wow...that's the long hard way to do it. Do you set timing and AFR by trial and error?

The long way? I think it's fun.

The timing is based off the stock timing tables, I think the fuel maybe based on a modified stock map I got from Dynojet

If you look at my map the fuel is dialed in for performance, the timing was increased 3 degrees across the board and pulled in areas for pinging.
Both were smoothed.

The bike runs like a raped ape and I still have some tweaking to do.

unless you're sitting on a dyno and troubleshooting an issue like he has, there is no other way to do it but trial and error unless you're going to call someone up and say "hey can you send me a map please" and hope it's close to what you need. Take a look at his map.. do you have a better suggestion?

I won't argue with success, but both timing and AFR look very conservative to me (for performance).

I built a map manually for a bike without O2 sensors and it took a lot of trial and error to get it close to right. Lots of variables to deal with.

I guess being able to dial in the VE's first helps a lot.

I wouldn't have attempted to do this without getting the VEs locked on.
If I had a dyno and a 3 gas sniffer that might be different.

I'm not done with the tune yet, I'm going to play with the timing a little and maybe the fuel. I could run the bike in open loop but I'm trying to balance performance and fuel economy.

Right now I just want to clear up that warmup issue.
