Have a question for you guys I have a 2017 street glide cvo with Khrome werks 2 into 2 full exhaust. I have done the 3 auto tunes and have noticed that my idle bounces around above 1100 rpm after bike is all warmed up. It sometimes hovers around 1500. Any ideas. Only does it intermittently. Thanks

Hi Brian- what are you using to Autotune? The PV alone or a Dyno jet module (Target Tune) wideband kit?

What Tune is your starting point? The stock Tune or have you flashed a different tune?

Let us know so we can try and help.

If if you made the induction and exhaust changes and are auto tuning to the stock tune in The ECM there could be all sorts of funnies.

Was the tune sent built for your bike model and the mods done to it?

Are you comfortable using WinPV to look at it?

Did you copy original tune into you PV so you can look at the differences in the tune?

great Brian - if so the you should be able to email me both files so i can look at them

i would be looking for some of the switch settings etc as well as the chosen AFRs

if you are going out today then just make sure you don’t do rapid throttle changes, try and keep steady revs and load for as many cells as possible.

maybe also, once it is warmed up and the AT running, park up and get the cells filled around tick over revs.

you mentioned you have dual headers ? where are the stock sensors mounted?

Hi All, I have a 2015 Dyna, witha redthunder 2 into 1, Fueling reaper 574 cams and 0.030 gaskets. I got a base map from DJ that matched the cams (was from a 2012 softail) and have done a bunch of autotunes since.

When I get into traffic the temps rise pretty quickly. We split lanes here but even still it's only first and second gear and on off power the whole time. I then go through a tunnel and I'm over 300f. At that point there is all sorts of spark knock events on both cylinders but only seen up to 4 degrees max (6 is the max setting).. I've seen knock events before this when I'm trying to move about in traffic and am below 2000rpm and ET of around 289f

Is there anything I can do to richen things up for the use case I have? The rest of the time when I'm jamming along the bike runs pretty cool and sems strong but is shocking in traffic.
