I had problem stalling coming to stop. Inspected both fuel lines in tank(looked OK,no spray in tank w/low fuel) cleaned all sensors; replaced gas filter and regulator, fuel line (pump to filter), and IAC unit (looked questionable). Problem changed; run hard for several miles; motor cuts out. Starts right back up, ride one mile stalls again while normal-hard running. Starts up again and runs. I did this w/low fuel in tank to inspect suspect lower fuel supply line leak. Where do I go from here. Can a diagnostic pin this problem down? I thought of replacing the CKP sensor, but dout it would run at all if defective. could it be the pC, or the fuel pump/ and or it's relay?
Check to see if it threw any codes. Especially before you just throw more parts at it.
Could be the pump relay, look to see if the connections are clean. Those are cheap and you can get it from the local auto parts store.
Also make sure all battery cables and ground connections are clean and tight.
I have had this problem when my CC III USB program was too rich in a seldom used section of the map. If I was away from home a plug change would get me around the issue until the next time a plug was fouled. Check your plugs to see if the rear is sooted....

Thanks for reply; Where is the fuel pump relay located?
Can't help you on that one. On my Dyna it's located behind the fuse box cover. There should be a diagram inside the cover showing the fuses and relays. The owner's manual usually has it, too.

Any chance it's called the EFI system relay? It show it in the EFI fuse block in the manual, also I've been running on low tank to test the primary fuel line. I'll try the relay 1st, and if stalling persists, Then I'll fill tank and run to test main gas line for pin hole incase I missed it.

Not familiar with the EFI system fuse. I know my bike has an ECM fuse but don't know if it's the same. If you're in the fuse box you should pull each fuse and relay and clean them since they tend to get a bit corroded with age. Some use dielectric grease but probably better to use electrical contact grease on the tabs.
Kind of surprised nobody who knows more than me about the touring bikes hasn't chimed in. You might want to post this in the touring area.
i have read on here of the power commander causing a stalling problem in some bikes, unplug the power commander and see if the problem is still there, you can do a search on here and find info
