The hubs had some work done for me as a present while I'm deployed...sent me this. I don't know how to read it, but would like to learn. Anyone care to analyze?
This who I think it is.......
Dyno looks good but the Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) is pretty lean for a Wide Open Throttle (WOT) pull. Me thinks there is more power in there....
The dealer said their printer was down so I have to go back to get the print out but my numbers didnt seem right. 78hp and 86.5 tq. Seems weak to me especially with all the work I did. Guy said my Bub 7 True duals are killing me, but I'm not sure if I agree yet. Thinking of switching PCIII to Thundermax. Any advice on better performance upgrades? (besides 2 to 1 pipe!)

Timber How does she feel... a lot stronger or a little bit..
Dyno number's can be all over the place pending on who, how, and went the tune was done...
As far a just #'s,, yes for all the work you did A good tune should have IMO netted better numbers. but?????
Go back to the OP (First post) in this thread and you'll see my numbers....

The bikes performance honestly was the same as before the dyno. The only thing I had wad a canned map from pc3. The dyno made no noticeable difference. But my problem seems to solved now. I just purchsed a thundermax. Best investment ever! Bike is performing better than it ever has. I used their suggested map and then tweaked it myself using their software. I pulled the front tire up a couple inches. Never have been able to do that. I would be very interested in seeing what the numbers are now. Regardless im very satisfied with the results of the butt-meter now. Thanks for your reply.

Timber -- Glad to hear you're happier now.. Its sad, but there are dyno tuners out there that can't get/give people a good tune..
The wrench we had at our dealer was a 31 yr PHD master wrench with 15 yrs of doing dyno's who Still loved to work on bikes.
He wasn't the best in the country, but he was as good as it gets around here.
Too bad he just retired this spring. He was the only person the son and I would let touch our bikes engines.
I don't have any experience with any of the newer Auto-tuners.
Back in 07 the SERT was the best choice around here and I have never had a single issue with it.
Its only been touched once in 46k miles since the 1k service when installed and that was when I added the cams at 16K miles.
Had Rose on the dyno, yesterday. Piper Performance did a custom map for the Power Commander. I'm a happy camper. 77hp & 85ft-lb. It runs as smooth as the curves on the map.
