This is for my 2009 Fatboy and is now a 103 motor. Heads have flowed and ported, larger valves & springs, 52mm throttle body, S&S 625 cams, 10.5:1comp. V&H Pro pipe. I will be changing the exhaust soon back to the original header pipes and S&S turbo slip on mufflers. Then off to my Dyno tuner.

Reason: forgot motor size and model
That looks like 101 ft/lbs torque on a 103" inch engine with everything done to it. Unless my eye sight is bad Something is not right. Those kind of mods you should get at least 1.2ft/lbs per ci. I would be amazed at less than 110ft/lbs. You sure you got an honest deal?

I agree. When I'm done upgrading to a 98 with heads and cams I expect to be getting 110+ and have seen many a sheet to back that expectation up.

Thats why Im going back to the original header pipes and some S&S turbo slip on mufflers to get a better torque figure. The Pro pipe is too big for the motor

The pipes are not going to help you that much. I think you over cammed your motor. Even though your static comp is 10.5:1 your effective is only 8.9:1 with that 625 cam. the late closing of the intake valve really decreases your compression. I believe your build would have better numbers with the 585 cam... Talk to a reputable builder......
The Guy that did my Head work is very well know here in Australia and has done the heads to suit the 625 cams. I have been told by 3 Dyno tuners that have seen my chart that the pipe is the issue. So going to do the exhaust and then a new tune. Will post results when its done. Sadly it wont be until early October

I won't say its guaranteed, but I'd be really surprised to see a propipe robbing torque unless you completely took the baffles out.
In my future 98" build with my heads decked to match the compression on the cams I;m choosing, I'm expecting 110+ running my propipe. You should get at least that on a 103.
