My goal was a broad and smooth power curve. Lots of low end torque and reasonable sound.

Starting Point: 2003 88ci. FLSTCi.

The Changes: SE Air intake with K&N Filter, Power Commander III tuned by the dealer, SuperTrapp 2:1 with 23 discs. SE 204 cam, with upgraded cam plate and SE oil pump.

Not Changed: No head work, stock push rods, stock lifters, stock valves, stock bore & stroke.

The Results:
Max torque 88 @ 2700
Max HP 81 @ 5450

That's a great line for the 204's... My Son have the 204's in his 07 Duece and 09 NT and didnt come close to what U got under 3K and He even had the Advance 4* gear install to move the line Left and they didn't come on the cam till close to3k rpms

I've never seen them come on that early, Usually then peak around 3500 to 4K rpms, not peak under 2500...

Those pipes must be really making a Diff..

There should be a compress option in the menu

That would be about right if you have re-jeted the carb or tuned the EFI.

se heads
power commander III
samson mini cholos 2 1/4" dual headers no baffles

I added the cholos and dyno tuned it and got 85.23....before tune baseline with just adding the cholos and headers and the af was way off... 77.75 torque 83.81...run conditions 101.44 degrees F humidity 30% 28.59hg at time of dyno

What se cams? Sounds a little light imo for se heads and se cams and 95". Any idea what compression is? Install baffles and gain a couple tq. A 2n1 and tune should get you closer to mid 90's.

It definitely sounds low.
My 01 Deuce is running:
95"
10.5:1 Wiseco pistons
Underground Performance Heads
Wood TW408G Cams
TwinTec ignition
Stock CV carb (rejetted)
Thunderheader
Big Sucker II

HP 100.1/ TQ 105.7

Once I get the carb bored out or get a Wood King Carb, It'll be on the dyno again. I'm expecting it to come in around the 110HP/115TQ range.
