Open it and size it on your screen. Then take a screenshot (alt+print screen). Then paste it into a program like Paint and save it as a jpg file. It should be small enough. Hope that works for ya.

Ok, after many failed attempts, I'm just took pics of the sheet....I realize that you probably can't see the run conditions, but here they are:

If U look at the smoothing # its zero, thats way it was jumping all over..usually its 5.
