For a good understanding of how different Dynos runs can result in different Numbers.
This article shows why you need to know what was used on your Dyno tune on your bike, and also why some get higher or lower Numbers..
i just had new fuel injectors put in my bike and retuned since i changed from my python3 pipes to my hooker troublemakers. the 1st sheet is my lastest with the new injectors and troublemakes. 2nd is with my python3 pipes and old injectors
2000 FLSTC. SE Air Kit, SE 44mm CV Carb, SE Intake Manifold, SE Heads, 1550 Big Bore Kit, SE-203 Cams, SE Ignition/Coils/Wires, Python3 Slip-on Exhaust.
I'm a little rich at WOT. Need to step the main jet down a size or two. And my 2-into-2 slip-ons eliminated the cross-over pipe. I'm hoping slight re-jet and a 2-into-1 exhaust will get me to 100 TQ/HP.
Heads: SE- flow work by LBP
Cams: HQ-0039 in 236 ex256 580/530
Pistons: High compress- 9.93 to 1
Carb: 42 mm flatslide Mikuni
Air cleaner: Open w/outer shield (stage 1 filter element)
Pipe: V&H pro pipe
Ing: HQ tunable module
Played with my ignition box today on the dyno. For some reason my first pull was 94hp
with 104tq. Which is less than my last numbers posted before of 97.33hp with 105.86tq.
Probably because it was hot and muggy in the dyno room today. Anyhow, here are my new numbers.
They went up a bit from my first pull of the day...

Thats a funky looking dyno line jumping all around like that but the fact is that a Evo is gonna make about 60HP and 70-80TQ jetted correctly with stage 1 bolt on stuff. You are right there . Take his advice and toss in some new plugs and wires. But you are making what you should be making!
You would need compression, cams and headwork to get that EVO up into the 80HP 90TQ range.
Put the bike on the Dyno this morning. Not a good day to dyno, hot and humid but what the hell. Not to bad I don't guess. 500 miles on new motor. Tried to upload dyno sheet but it won't let me. 115.19HP & 107.92 TQ.
