Heres a quick sheet (single pass) on my new motor, needs tuning possibly a mikuni 42. 95", S&S 570 gear drives, heads ported milled larger intake and exhaust valves, .40 gaskit, 9.6-1 compression, pro pipe hs, stock cv with thunderslide and dynatek ignition.......
103hp 104 tq 100" evo WITH STOCK CASES, not stock crank. cases bored to max for milleium cylinders(too far, what the heck) hooker trouble makers, 42 mikuni, hq cam 530 exhaust 600 lift......put new plug wires(brain fart cant remember name) with condenser in each wire,boosts spark big time. gained 1 hp 1 tq. when you get to the end of building motor those last few ponies get expensive. 100 bucks for 1 hp and 1 tq. HAH!!
thinking of putting some new oil filter cooler deal on....another hundred,maybe another hp and tq
just put my 18" american wire 100 spoke 18s on---140 up front 150 on back,matching 1 1/8" pulley and rotors
waiting on front sliders(chrome) to come in then i will be slamming it, front and rear.....which leads to a question what happens to handling of bike if you lower rear of bike more than front.
2008 96cu in A motor; 14K miles; SE 255's, Vance and Hines2-1 ProPipe, Cobral power pack on top of stage 1--stage 2 download wasn't available when we added the cams , SE Big Breather--three runs at Montco H-D in Valley Forge, Pa. ave of all 3= 84hp-99ft blbs tq. Lowest hp was 82 and tq was 98.
I have a 2006 Heritage Classic I have installed a stage three kit in the motor. It has a 42" mukuni carb,37g andrews cams V&H SLASH CUT exhaust with quiet baffales,heads ported by big boys 95" 9.8 to1flat top keith black pistons,gear drive here is what this combination made for numbers max power 93.6 at 4500 rpm and 102.9 ft.lbs of torque. i was trying to get 100hp I has change the modgul to a scream eagle 6200 and rejetted the carb and change the air cleaner to a front mount and have seen some gain.I will have it dyno again when I go to thunder beech and will post sheet.
