Got my advanced tune from Rob's Dyno service, and while I didn't gain huge hp and tq, (+5 hp and +4 ft/lb respectively) I did gain some very crisp throttle response and fuel economy. My throttle response no matter what engine load or throttle position is instantanious, where before it was good but I had low speed drivability chugging and a flat spot every time I decellerated, then got back into the gas. Rob fixed quit a few ill running issues, including my throttle position sensor baseline that somehow got out of sync. I did my first milage run, and relaxed normal combined backroad milage ended up at 53.8 mpg, I was amazed (I was getting about 41 mph prior). I thought my trip milage was wrong, but my buddy verified he has almost the same miles traveled. So my final advanced tuned dyno pull was 96 hp, and 103 ft/lb torque . Very happy, now my bike really hits hard around 4k, and has a nice wide torque curve, so shifting at anywhere from 4-5K it's making awesome power, and it's TORQUE that's the KEY to a fun street engine

My detailed mod list :

97" flat top piston big bore kit 9.8:1 CR
Revolution Cycles street velocity ported heads
Andrews 54G gear cam conversion
Rivera Taper-lite pushrods
PC III
SE injectors
SE hi flow filter kit
V&H 2" Straight Shot HS exhaust
Big City Thunder monster baffles

Here's my pulls with an off the shelf generic PC 95" map. You can see my afr is like giant waves (not good) :

Here's my pulls with a different map than above both before and after Robs fine tuning. Now the a/f curve more closely follows the ideal 13:1 target a/f after the tuning. Rob individually tunes each cylinder, and tunes each cylinder at 10 different throttle positions. So my engine spent a LOT of time bouncing off the rev limit at 6200 rpm !

Prof Zoo what cams are U running.? Or did u just do head work.?

90#'s - 93#'s of TQ from 2k to 4500rpms is what a lot of others would like to get.

I've not seen any 96'er with ST1 and not have cams do that yet in a Softail.
