I just went from a stock 88 with a PCIII, to heads, TW55 cams, heavy springs, oversized oil pump, SE cam plate, adjustable push rods, 3 7/8 SE High Comp. pistons. Let me tell you, it is really alive now. I have a SE 103" Street Bob map with same cams as mine in it now. Breaking it in before Dyno. I will let you know
OK, i got my 2001, EFI TC88 Deuce on the dyno. The numbers are 102.34 HP, 104.56 torque. Upgrades are:
bored out from 3 3/4" to 3 7/8" cylinders
SE High Compression 3 7/8" dometop pistons
port/polish/decked heads
heavy valve springs
Andrews TW55 cams
adjustable push rods
SE billet cam plate
SE oversized oil pump
Welded flywheel
Power Commander III USB with base tune only so far
Hardkrome 2 3/4" long shots( no baffles)
K&N air filter
The reason I had all this work done is that I was blowing oil out the intake, and it turnes out my flywheel was out of true, therefore walking my crank against my oil pump, and it wouldnt scavenge the oil out the crank case, and blowing it out the intake. Thats what I was told anyway. So I had tthe flywheel trued, and welded, and all the upgrades done. Now, however, after 800 miles, Im losing my rear cylinder fire at cruising speed at acceleration, and hearing a "tink tink" noise, and its blowing oil out the intake again. Someone please help me. Im really frustrated, for having spent 4000 dollars on this, qand havent put 1000 miles on it yet.
Just had mine dynoed last week, but the only literature I got was the invoice. I will go back and ask, but it was an independent shop and I don't know if they charted it.
Made a huge difference. Reduced first gear whine, no more 5th gear clatter, 30 degrees cooler, and only a flutter on decel. Worth every penny.

Guys, I have a question. I had my motorcycle dyno yesterday as I put in a new engine on my 97 Fatboy (Patrick Racing 125 cu with 48mm Mikuni Carb). While I am impressed with the results, everyone seems to be confused on why my power fell off after 5000 rpm (we even set the rev limiter at 5000 in the end). The attached pic shows intial run, then final run with rev limiter adjusted down.
The technicians seemed to think the vibrations from the motorcycle disrupted the fuel flow past 5000 rpm. The engine is not counterbalanced nor rubber mounted.
Anyone have any additional explanation or advice?
BTW, my bike is much more responsive AND has much less vibration since its been tuned.
