Hey Guys! My 2006 Night Train is going under the knife next week and I am wondering dyno numbers you all think. Here is what is going on...
95" Stage II Kit
Jugs and Flat Top Pistons 10.5:1
SE Kompressor Heads
Hypercharger
SE 258 cam
Andrews Pushrods
Feuling Lifters
Vance & Hines 2-1 Indy Outlaw Pipe
SE Super Tuner
That's about the same set up I have on my 06 train and it made 103 hp and 100 lbs ft. But you do have a 2 into 1 exhaust so you should make more torque. The SE258 makes a rush of power up top, so be ready to hang on....
Great thread! I just picked up a 2007 FXSTC and am about to up the hp. My other bike is a 2000 1200 Sportster with a Buell upper end/256 cams and a Thunderheader which made 94hp so I was looking to do the same hp with the 2007. Now I am not sure where I need to go. From what I see if I do a 103 kit, 259 cams, mild port work with the stock heads and a Thunderheader I would end up around 85 hp? If I add the SE heads maybe get to 100hp? Any input would definetly be appreciated!
This is my every day ride on pump gas. 2000 FLSTF. Photo is of the winners board at the 2009 WyoTech Brute Horsepower Shootout. 144.2 HP. Bike gets 50 mpg and has been on several 1,000 mile weekend trips. Not bad for only 113 cid. built here at the shop. Thanks to the Guys at Hemi Performance Engineering and Speeds Performance Plus.
This cam is very smooth and very quiet, thanks to Scott and Dave
