I would not pay for that dyno tune.
The Stage-1 flash should have allowed the engine to rev to 6200.
Ask them to recall the data and print it with the Air Fuel Ratio, that might show more of what is happening.
The after torque numbers are way wrong.

Thought I would throw mine up, 2012 Fatboy Lo 103, VH Short shots, Roland Sands intake and tuned with SE Pro by me! I had it dyno'd at bike week by Dr. Dyno (AKA Fred) and he said he was very impressed. I have not touched the motor, no cams, no head work. I was about .5% off on fuel so I was missing a couple Ft lbs of tq and maybe 1 or 2 HP at most but was very impressed with the number.
