Your motor is starving for air (coming in and/or going out) from 4000 and up.

Air - Fuel - Ignition That's what we have to work with.

The air fuel ratio is good but that does not mean there is enough air getting through the air filter, you are sure that it has an SE breather.?.

Now lets ask questions of the cam installation. Is the cam off a tooth? I learned recently that the bike will still run, but poorly, with the cams off timing by one tooth. Did they use adjustable push rods? If so then did the let them bleed down properly before adjusting?

Are the O2 sensors still in place? is the EFI tuner the correct one for a 2013?

Finally an old fashion check of the spark plugs might reveal more information.

Ill research all of that. How can you tell from the dyno sheet that it needs air?
