So from what I can tell the way that your bike shop has its dyne set up is a big factor here.
I had my bike dyno'd at the local HD shop after adding the 103" kit and it made 96hp/101TQ.
The bike was hard to ride after the kit was fittted so took it to an independent and it made 83hp/92TQ or somewhere in that region on their dyno!
When I challenged this reading they said that the dynojet equipment comes with a standard factory default configuration file that is actually not accurate and that they have to download and install a new file after the dyno is installed. They said that often this last bit is never done by the slack shops so their readout will always be higher.
I have the power commander 5 with auto tune and the bike runs and goes like a dream with a genuine 87hp and 93.5tq.
50mm screaming eagle TBs go on tomorrow so will post back new dyne sheet.
OK so had the 50mm tb added and now running at 90hp and 97tq before it has had a good autotune run so would expect it to gain a tiny bit more. Good news is that it hasn't changed the character of the bike, just made its response crisper and pull harder.
