Fatcat's on softails thread
Can't comment on the performance but in my humble opinion the Low Cat looks much better on a Softail than the Fat Cat.
If I were to go to a 2-1 it would most likely be the Supermeg SuperTrapp's though.

Seriously though: A) have an extra quart of oil to hand 1) change your oil & filter as usual, 2) disconnect the oil return line (going back to your oil tank), slip on a length of same size hose to it, a foot or so is all, 3) put the other end in a drain pan 4) start the bike and let th dark oil run out until it runs clean [about a quart]. 5) reconnect the oil line and top off the oil tank.
Done deal.
ps: You really do not have to do this every oil change... Harley motors are not made of plastic.
Here is a pic of mine with the d&d fatcat when i first switched over i noticed more bottom and midrange since then i have done a lot of motor work on the bike and left the stock baffle in it. I got 117 hp and 107 ft lbs out of my 95 kit the guy who built my motor says d&d is the only way to go.

i used 11to1 cp pistons woods tw9bg gear drive cams the head work and the throttle body was done by jim at cycle visions my final compression ratio was 10.99 to 1 the bike runs like a raped ape and could'nt be hapier
D D, where did you buy your Black Python 2 into 1 ? Thanks
That is true that any 2 into 1 will improve power, but I am after how much more you will get with the fatcat specifically. It's funny, but I thought your python was a fatcat from seeing your sig pic.
[QUOTE=thealaskan;6395327]If you must be that ****, change it twice !

Thanks for that cocky...Had you read, The return line butts up against the Fatcats headpipe, removing it is impossible without damaging your oil tank. Don't ask me how I know..I like Faast Ed's solution..
