bars came in UPS last night at 7pm.
I removed tank, and went to work!! I spent about 3 hours on it last night and its all back together except the new clutch cable, and bleeding the front brakes.
The hardest part, was by far the crossover line on the fuel tank, at first I was going to try and do the wiring without removing tank, but then I said F-it.... i figured if I remove it it would make it a qhole lot easier to install new frame wire clips and twist ties on the wires.
The old internal wiring slid right thru the new bars with out a problem, took about 5 minutes, no grease or fishing line needed... guess i got lucky.
Tonight I will drop exhaust and replace clutch cable, and install new front brake hose and hopefully be back on the road tomorrow!
Thanks all for the advice saved me a lot of time, and as soon as I get her running and can get some good pics, I will post em up!

Next time for me won't take near as long. But someone that have never worked on a bike or done any mechanical type stuff, it is a bit intimidating. But it can be done!
The wires going through those bars are much easier than the ones I got (because of the 90 degree angle at the bottom of mine)...but yours look great!
