Anyone in a vehicle other than a bike that is trying to kill you by driving into your lane. We don't run whips for fashion though, the RUBs do that. We run them to swing the heavy metal clips at the end, at the side of said cage.

Have you actually "whipped" a vehicle? How does the person in the vehicle react? Despite being an avid motorcycle rider, if someone on a motorcycle "whipped" my car, I'd probably run them off the road. Someone entering your lane doesn't necessarily merit a "whip" so I think you'd lose that battle from a police report standpoint...especially from an insurance standpoint. Again, if someone did that, I'd probably run them off the road so I could get the cops involved. Riding a bike isn't about being a "tough guy" but more about being a defensive driver because lots of cagers are idiots. But I ain't gonna go whipping a car because I know what I'd do if someone whipped my car....just sayin...
