I have an 09. I have the Boss. Its like a love child between the Fatcat and the Boarzilla. Fat cat front... Boarzilla can.

Damn is it loud! Can NOT hear the radio at highway speeds at all.

I bought a NEW baffle from Leonard that is the NEW Boarzilla/ Boss quiet baffle. It's NOT straight thru!!!

When I get some $$$ for a new tune, I'm going to try that out.

Boss Fatcat with a concentric baffle here. No lack of power, and as quiet as a Fatcat is gonna get.

I've had the quiet baffle (cheese grater) for the 103 and smaller engines for over a year and love it. It is not all that loud - not nearly as loud as my old Rinehart tru duals - and has a nice low rumbling tone. The performance baffle sounds very loud and a bit tinny IMO. My bike runs great (121 hp and 123 torque) and I love the sound. I can hear after a long ride and have no ringing in my ears. Still could be smart and use the earplugs for the wind noise and to mask the wonderful sound of my Wood cams tapping away.

Boss Fatcat with a concentric quiet baffle. See pic. It's not real quiet, and sounds really pissed off when you twist the wick. Pic attached.

Does anyone have a picture of a standard/perforated/cheese grater quiet baffle OUTER CAN without the wrap on it(not the BBQ)? How big are the holes (~ .375"?) and how far apart are they? Is it the same as the std baffle out core (which is solid) but with holes added and then wrapped?
