Mine has a pretty bad vibration since the air ride install. At highway speeds I can see my eyes are jiggling and everything looks blurry. Everything is tight and I dont see anything hitting. Not sure what's going on.
I think it has to do with the belt being super tight when aired up. I loosened it up a tad, and it's much better.

On my '12 Road Glide Custom, the shock hits my pipes when raised up. I was hoping someone would know if I could install one of those and it would work like a "cap" on my lifting the bike, keeping it out of my mufflers.

nope thats just gonna limit how fast its goin when it hits. Why not try not airing it up that much? When it hits you are practially at the maximum height of the shock....not where you would want to ride. Mine will hit when i'm at a show and showin it off so I just learned to let go of the button before that happens. Trim the lower sleeve down to the rubber and that will help.
That wont help you Ken, the only way would be to modify the shock itself or some other mechanical way of limiting travel.
All that valve does is adjust how fast or slow the air travels.
Look a few pages back where someone cut 1" off shock rod and rewelded the shock eyelet, I think thats the best fix ive seen.
