I feel like I'll end up with the 12" ones at this point. Hopefully I can test fit both sizes before I pull the trigger.

I have 10" Yaffe MBB and using the stock fairing mirrors. Granted, I'm only getting use out of the lower half of the mirror but I'm not wanting to see what Boeing 757 is flying above me. I have the bars pushed forward as much as possible since at 6'5" I have long arms. I tried a set of Yaffe mirrors and the visual size of them were no more than the half the visual area in the stocks. Plus I don't care for the looks of mirrors above the fairing. Just my 2cents.

I'm 6'2" and I went with 12" YBB, also removed the stock mirrors.
For what it's worth, YBB are actually 2" taller than listed - thus the 10" YBB are about 12" from center of clamp to center of grip & the 12" YBB are 14" C-to-C

Anyone have the torque spec for the bar clamp? I'm doing this install tomorrow and I haven't had time to grab a service manual yet. Are there any other critical torque specs I should be aware of?

Put a set of 10" YMB on my SGS a couple weeks ago. Needed nothing else. Just a little rerouting of th wires and clutch and brake lines. If I were to do it again, I'd opt for the wire extension just for ease. Have read were many guys fight the wire plugs, but I was able to run my wires in the bars in under 10 min. w/o cutting the ends off or depinning them. Just had to run the wires in the right sequence and process. My 1st time to do this.

On the other hand, being a tad over 6 foot, I'm sure that the 12's would feel best. Plus there are so many guys with 10's wishing they did 12. Even more guys that were on the fence, got 12's, and were glad they did.

Maybe if they would make me 11's...
