I use a shop vac to suck a string in. Takes about 1 second after you tape off the other holes. I put TBars on which are the hardest to get past the 90* turn so I only pulled 4 to 6 wires at a time, went smooth then.

Clutch adjustment
New addition:
I loosen my clutch cable first then adjust the clutch pac by tightening until I reach resistance then backoff 1/2 turn then tight lock nut. Then adjust the clutch cable. Also should do the clutch pac adjustment while the motor/clutch it is not hot. Here is a good video
