I went through the pain you are experiencing. It is pure f'ing hell. Thanks to Charlotte HD for being so patient. I pretty much followed this group's advise with settings, flash, etc. The Biketronics LL did help a little. BUT - same issue as you, the bike sounded perfect off, but when it was started, I lost all bass. 1.20.1 was huge for me. It sounds almost perfect BUT really depends on the song, some sound better than others. I check the HD softwared downloads every few days. I am hoping 1.21.0 or some update like that fixes it for good.

I may give this a try. One thing I've been noticing A LOT lately is when I start the bike the stereo may or may not work. The screen will stay black with the HD emblem and the time. Only way to get it working is shut it off and wait for a while.
