Good news, it was a faulty radiator cap, verified on 2 other bikes.

Yup, I was gonna get a new M8 but I think I'll wait until they get that radiator cap issue under control.

The radiator cap was the first I heard of unless you know more ?

Well folks I just picked up my New ultra limited with a Stage 4 kit installed before delivery and guess what 120 miles and oil pump toast. Sure sucks!

Damn that sucks. See if you can get some pictures of the failed oil pump and post them for us curious folks.

Local dealer pictured on FB a new M8 Roadglide Special they built for a customer along with the dyno sheet yesterday putting out 129 ft lb and 121 hp. Wondering it they are honoring the warranty on that thing after building it?

I suppose if they used all HD parts. Mine did 112hp and 107 tq with a light tune. I was quite insulted when the MoCo was asking me if it was installed correctly ! Was done at the dealership for that exact reason. [img]webkit-fake-url://796e3e36-7deb-4955-8ab2-9addae87bfbe/imagejpeg[/img]
