I'm old school i guess, spent lots of hard earned cash on upgrades, only to see & feel nominal gains, moneys hard to come buy guys, or for me anyways, the best way i've found to find extra HP is drop a gear and nail it!! honestly...think about it.
09 Fatty stage 1/ Screaming Eagle race tuner. Before and after race tuner dino sheets. This was a 4th gear pull only!!Lots to go yet.
Still working on it.

Reason: More info.
Just got my bike dyno'd by Ed at Dyno Difference in Dallas. Big bore kit was installed just prior to dyno and new engine build was broke in on dyno.
95 BB with 9.5 CR Ross flat top forged pistons, Dunn heads w/1.900 intake valve and 1.610 exhaust valve setup for .510 lift cams, heads decked .020 for final 9.8:1 CR with .040 cometic gaskets
SE 204 cams
Dan Vance 48mm modified throttle body
SE intake and V&H 2-1 Big Radius
SE heavy duty clutch spring
Rode it around the block right after dyno, but just got the chance to really ride it for 1st time today. Bike runs great - dyno really smoothed out a lot of the stuttering I had at parking lot speeds. Bike pulls very hard. SAE dyno in 4th gear - 90.9 hp and 103.6 ft lbs. I guess I was hoping for slightly more hp, but overall I am happy with the performance and smoothness. I got a slight torque dip down to 87 ft lbs at 2200 - 2650 RPM (probably due to exhaust), but otherwise pretty nice torque curve of at least 90 ft lbs between 2000 - 5200 rpm.

Harleytuner what's your opinion of the screamin eagle 204 cam for a stock 103 with a fatcat 2-1 exhaust?
Thanks!

harleyturner, I too am curious about your quote below. Seeing that I have 255's.
Thx, Billy
