Either I am not the best trying to find them on the internet or they are very hard to find, but wondering if anyone knew where I can a find the black Speedo housing? I have seen them on a few bikes, but can't seem to find one.

Are you taking about the top speedo trim or the part the gauge sets in?
It's stuff like this that keeps our forum valuable. Thanks for the addition of knowledge, and if you can, please post details like parts etc in case someone else wants to duplicate.

Sportster 1200 68T rear pulley and bolts that can be used for the swap on FXSB Breakout:
2011 XL1200 pulley PN 40444-07 - or - can use PN 40350-07 pulley for 2007 and up XL 1200's as it is still used on the 2013 XL1200 72.
The 40350-07 has a machine finish outer rim where the 40444-07 has a black outer rim. both have the machine finish detail on the inner part of outer rim with the black dots. otherwise it's the same sprocket.
I will probably order the 40444-07 pulley and also the PN 3899 sportster pulley bolts, 7/16-14 x 1-3/4" - Same bolts as the Breakout but shorter length. The sportster pulley is thinner on the bolt area so the Breakout's 2-5/8" length bolts will be too long.
Pulley bolt tightening:
Never re-use the pulley bolts, always use new ones.
Tighten using the following sequence:
a. Tighten to an initial torque of 60 ft-lbs (81.4 Nm).
b. Back off 1/2 turn (180 degrees).
c. Tighten to a final torque of 77-83 ft-lbs (104.5-112.6 Nm).
Surdyke seems to have the best price on the pulley ($157) and free ship on orders over $149 until May 05. The bolts are $1.09 each and washers (PN 6516HW WASHER 7/16 X 1-1/8 X 1/8) are another $1. Five of each on bolts / washers are needed. If you buy bolts at the hardware store instead, make sure they are Grade 8.
As a side note, touring bikes would use the 40518-08 rear pulley, still current to 2015 on XL Superlow, Custom, etc, as it has the built in bearing and cush-drive compatibility.

BTW if anyone wants some super cool bolt cap covers for the pulley bolts, there are a few sets on ebay right now pretty cheap. Normally this crap is like $40 (seriously..).

If you want them black just scuff with 1000 grit, wipe clean with denatured alcohol, and paint black with some of that new paint+primer satin black spray paint from home depot / lowes. easy-peazy
