I only took my fork lowers off to install new race tech springs and Ricor Intiminators, which is a total game changer. My bike is a completely different ride now.

Hey man, I'll second the fork mod. If you haven't done it yet, do it. It's a great improvement. Really changes the bike. No more nose dives.
Wanting to get mine powdercoated so I'll need to disassemble as much as possible. That being said, are the handlebar riser bushings easy to remove? What about the steering stem...? Does that come out easily? I assume that it's press fitted...so probably not...?
Don't bother removing the stem off the lower tree. The Powder Coater can easily tape the stem during sandblasting and powder coating. I would rather have the stem in place
because it is good to hang from to keep the piece in the upright position during powder coating.

Showin4fun, that is good advice. Saves a lot of time and effort.
Also, you’re going to need a 1 1/2” socket to get the stem nut off.
I'm re-exploring the idea of going open primary like several members here. Sounds like a very limited choice. However, there are several models out that fit the rocker, which is essentially the same setup. The ones I've come across thus far that are complete kits are the Primo Brute IV and the BDL. Both are 3 inch. I really like the Ultima 3.35 inch drag kit, but I don't think they make it for the Rocker/Breakout.
I like the 2" BDL I have on my Rocker, it also fits the BO. I have a custom cover on mine, but it comes with a domed cover...and yes it's available in black! Just another option for those interested in open belt.
Some pics today of the finished product. Of course I’m never finished, always planning more to do. Next is cam, port and polish...and gotta make a decision on the rear suspension upgrade.
I have a 2018 and am thinking of throwing a shorter Progressive mono shock in it to bring the rear end down an inch or 2 to improve the look. Wondering if you guys with the slammed bikes scrape your exhaust much in turns? Your bikes look awesome!
Appreciated
As an alternative, you can extend the forks for about 150 bux but you'll need to add a 1 1/4" jiffy stand boot and a fork brace, (good idea for the BO anyway), if you do.
Got a response back from Ultima today. I asked if they had a 3.35" drag kit for the BO, and he said they only offer a 2" open belt. He mentioned that "these late model twin cams have a pretty weak sprocket shaft. Probably a bad idea to run a big belt drive." That being said, for those with the RP 3" how is it holding up? The last time I checked, they wanted around $2350 for it. For that kind of money, I want quality that has been time tested. And they don't offer it in black currently, so I'd have to get it powdercoated before install.
The factory air cleaner on my 2020 BO 114 is considerably larger than the one I had on my old 2014 103ci BO. Would adding a Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather be of any benefit? Better to stay with the factory breather? I’ve added V&H Big Radius 2-2 and SE Pro Street tuner.
