Anyone know what size of air line comes on the Harley Ultra stock? I think the air shocks both Monroe & Gabriels use the 1/8" but the Harley ones are just a tad bit bigger. I thought they were the same size & thought I have been looking for the tee that I already have. Went out to the bike to check it out & the air shock line was too small. Back to plan A.

5/32 and it will work with the Monroe shocks. I did a 2010 SE Ultra and used the stock tubing. It worked for 6000 miles til I added a compressor. You have to enlarge the plastic shock fitting slightly and it works great
Air ride took a dump a few weeks back and I finally got around to finding out what went wrong.
The seal that connects the motor to the tank is cracked and leaking, it's not any of the fittings.
Since I have abs I had it mounted under the battery box which I do not recommend and will not do again. I think what happened is that the compressor was tucked in so tight that over time the impact from road bumps and bottom of the battery box caused too much stress on the compressor. I think I may just purchase the compressor set-up from Aarnot that mounts under the frame. I still love the air ride and think this is an awsome set-up.
I hope it wasn't that, that's where I mounted mine. Why would it be any different being mounted there? Should not be that harsh since the battery & the ECU are mounted there & neither of those like vibrations or jolts. Maybe it was just a fluke that it happened to that compressor? How long was it in there?
Could be a fluke, or bad compressor, or the way i mounted it. I had it on for about 700 miles. When i took it out i could see some impact markings on the compressor from the bottom of the battery box. My main reason for not recommending putting under the battery box is the fact it is very difficult to get to to trouble shoot problems. Other than that i really think the air ride is awesome.
This is the compressor I used. I cant tell form your picture but if that is the battery box that you have it mounted to, then that is the same way I mounted mine. Here is the compressor I have 095C Air Compressor I bought it from Arnott.
