Bossier City Harley-Davidson Bossier City, Louisiana: Everytime I go in the door the general manager greets me and ask about my family and remembers my name. He even remembers to ask about my kids. Great service. Only Harley I ever owned came from there and I will buy from them again when the 2015 Road Glides come out. I highly recommend this dealership in Louisiana!
Can't say enough good things about Mancuso Crossroads here in Houston. From the motor clothes ladies, to the parts folks (especially Kristine) to Kevin in finance, to Paul and Huey as managers, to K2, and the rest of the sales crew, to Nick and the crew in service. They're all awesome and always a pleasure to talk with even if you're not buying anything.
Most personable experience I've EVER had at any Harley dealer. Some of these dealerships around the country, I haven't a clue how they stay in business with their employee's attitudes

I would avoid all the K.C dealers and go to Topeka Harley. Great guys, no BS, no high pressure, just a great buying experience. I have bought 3 there and wont buy anywhere else.
Rocket Harley, Madision Alabama, Bought 2 bikes from there, Great service dept. Good selection at the parts dept. Everybodys easy to deal with. Ive never walked out feeling I was bent over, it I was they was nice enough to provide lube.
When I was looking for a new '14 Street Glide I contacted several dealers, (all I wanted to know is do they have one, or how long to order, and out the door price) got the same lame reply that I needed to come in.
Called Motor City and talked to Bob, he said give him 10 minutes and he would get back to me, he called back in 3 minutes and said they were taking a bike off the truck that was exactly what I wanted. Great communication with Bob, he kept me updated and the whole purchase went smooth, no BS.
Tecumseh HD - called them 3 times about a bike since my brother got a good deal there, sales people never got back to me.
Wolverine HD - Sales staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. Just looked up their site and see that the sales girl I talked to is no longer listed, I'm not surprised, she was a flaming idiot.
Black Widow HD (Pt. Charlotte, FL)
Parts manager was great to deal with. Service department, arrogant. Took my bike there to have the radio flashed, they screwed up the flash and then the service manager wanted me to bring it back and pay to have them diagnose it, and was a dick about it. Lost me as a customer.
Rossiter's HD (Sarasota, FL)
They are the next nearest dealer so I decided to give them a try to see if they could fix the radio flash. Service department people have been great to deal with and fixed the flash. Recently the radio went haywire, took it back and the next day they said it would get replaced under warranty. I asked how long it would take, they estimated about a week to get the radio in, 2 days later they called and said it was done. Can't comment on sales however parts people have been nice to deal with as well.
Big Moose Harley in Portland Maine AND Manchester Harley in Manchester NH, Both get Average to Below Average Reviews. Big Moose struggles to complete work on time, they book FAR to much for a day. They told me they needed to take the front fender off to complete a front brake switch change out, which is in the housing on the handle bars. The guys up in sales and parts are awesome though, good group there. Manchester is a good ol boys club. If you arent a pal with someone important there, you're nothing but a bother unless your walking in to buy a bike. Parts guys were good there though.
Liberty Harley, Rahway, NJ -
Competitive prices on bikes.
Large parts department (10% or more discount) - what they don't have they get!
Organized service department - quick, fair and reliable.
NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT THING! -
When you walk in you are always greeted by everyone there with a smile. Nobody walks by without greeting you and offering their assistance. They work hard to earn and keep you as a customer! On a scale of 1 to 10 they earn an 11!
Just an after thought -
When quoting prices on labor they go according to recommended book times and as of yet (4 years later) they have never taken the full "recommended" time to complete any repair or service. When you walk in willing to pay what you were quoted and end up with a smaller bill you can't help but smile. It say a lot about their honesty and integrity!
Harley-Davidson of Asheville. Everybody's friendly and a pleasure to deal with (most of them know me by name). Great service department, never had an issue. Great parts department, most parts are in stock. Prices are on par with most dealerships I've been to.
