A WOT auto tune run will gain you exactly nothing. At WOT the ECM doesn't read the O2 sensors so no data will be collected.
In autotune the PV sets the entire AFR map to stoich or very close, such that your stock O2 sensors feedback data to the ECM. So, while you wont be getting a great mixture for power or torque at WOT, you will be running closed loop and learning Volumetric Efficiency at WOT.
Need help with target tune.I installed target tune, flashed corrected target tune map that was emailed to me from dydojet after I sent original tune to them, ran autotune and while in auto tune the bike runs great, but after exporting autotune to new map, disabling autotune, and flashing corrected autotune map the bike starts running like crap after five minutes os so. around 3000 rpms it runs like a plug wire is off. any ideas? Strange thing is when I put it back into auto tune it runs great, And yes I have 18mm O2 sensors, Another thing, the like in the target tune ak\lways stays red,\...I heard others say theirs turn green, whats it supposed to be?
First check: set up gauges on the PV to show front and rear AFRs
are they working?
if not carefully check each sensor wire into the TT box
if they are add MAP and Revs to the gauges.
look at the Fuel Map you have loaded on Win PV and remember the AFRs at two or three MAP/REV points and then get on the bike with the tune loaded and compare what you get.
also make sure every point in the tune has closed loop activated
Front & rear AFR's are working. I pulled all the wires and reset then to make sure they were tight. How do you add Map and Revs to the gauges? All closed loops are active with "1" value. I will take it for a ride tomorrow and compare. One this that is strange is that the bike runs fine right after downloading the map but after 5 or 10 minutes of riding it starts missing from low RPM to about 3500. if I get it wound out the miss goes way but it still doesn't run right. And when I say missing I mean it barely will run.

I would strongly suggest if you are running our engine kit to use one of our maps. You can use the Fuel Map link on our website to request the tune you need.
It's difficult to speculate at the issue you are currently having without seeing the specific tune you are running and some log data, however from your description I would make sure the O2 sensors are orientated to each cylinder correctly front #1 and rear #2 and check the wires at the TT module. If your bike runs good in AT mode this is telling us something is not correct with closed loop operation. Also note if the LED is lit solid this is correct (note they used both red & green LED's on the TT module)
I confirmed the O2 sensors were correct and pulled all wires back out of TT and reinstalled again...hard to b\mess them up since they are color-coded, but did it anyway.
sent original tune back to dynojet and they converted it again to a TT map.
The bike still runs like it's missing a plug ware between 2500 & 3500 RPM's. under or over it runs great. and runs great in auto-tune.
have gauges set up to show WBO2 (ratio) R & R and SBO2 (Lambo) F & R, and they do change.
for the heck of it, I even swopped the O2 sensors (back to front, front to back)...the bike ran the same as the correct way.
At this point, I loaded the original tune back on the bike. it runs fine...anyone want to buy a cheap TT? I am not impressed with it, to say the least.
I have a PV with dual bike licence for my 2007 FXDB and my 2010 FLHX, used it 2 weeks ago to do some sensor readings, no issues.
Today, I went to use it to tune my 2010 FLHX and nothing, blank screen, seems like it has no power to it.
Tried it on my second bike and got the same thing, tried it on my latop with PV software and nothing.
Anyone come across this before??

yes - the weird connector plug on mine was not seated right. If sure yours is probably best to reach out to DJ. They are very supportive
