Put some Viagara in the tank. Sorry could not help myself. Computers are not up, in, down or around my alley.

The wire pins on servo motor! Search the threads, and you will see several people with same problem! Had to take mine to dealer. There is a TSB on this problem but will cost 153.00 to fix..
Hopefully Harley will one day step up to the plate and realize this is a safety issue, until then???

P2138-TGS Correlation Error.

Make sure the green connector on the Throttle Grip Sensor didn't come unplugged. Check that the TBW plugs in the fairing are properly connected.

I've had the limp mode problem many times. Once, it went to limp mode (I think the code was also P2138) and I tracked it down to broken wire in the harness on the right side of the neck. The harness had the 4 or 5 TBW wires in it and joined the main harness with a ty wrap securing the whole mess at that point.

I think that turning the handlebars back and forth caused the harness to strain against the ty wrap and caused the wire to break.

Replaced all 4 or 5 wires in that section and TBW worked normally for a while, til something else broke and I was back in limp mode for the umpteenth time.
